Mental Health of Umatilla County offers the following services in Pendleton, Hermiston, Milton-Freewater and the outlying communities:

Alcohol and Drug Services
The Alcohol and Drug Program provides services to adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulty functioning in their daily lives due to their own or another person’s addictive behavior.

Community Support Services
The Community Support Services (CSS) Program provides services to adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness with or without an addiction who, as a result, are having difficulty functioning in their daily lives.

Medication Management
Case Management
Skills Training
Individual Therapy
Group Therapy
Drop-In Center
Dual-Diagnosis Programming.

Community Treatment Services
The Child And Family Center provides treatments to children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulty functioning in their daily lives due to mental, emotional and behavior problems.

Services Include:
Individual, Group, Family Therapy
Delinquency Prevention (Safety)
Sexual Abuse Victim Treatment
Special Friends Mentor Program
In-Home Assistance
Psychiatric Consultation
Medication Evaluation/Management

Crisis Services
Crisis intervention services (CIS) are available to children, adolescents and adults who believe they may be in crisis due to the mental or emotional problem or who are perceived by others to be in crisis. Services are available 24 hr/day and 7 days/week.

Crisis Screening/Evaluation
Pre-Commitment Investigations
Alternatives To Hospitalization
Short Term Critical Needs Therapy
Crisis Stabilization
Guardianship Petitions

Developmental Disabilities Services
The Developmental Disabilities (DD) program provides case management services to over 200 children and adults. The DD program works jointly with other service providers to ensure that needed services are available.

Service providers include:
Bethphage, Pendleton
Horizons Projects Inc., Milton Freewater And Hermiston
Foster Care, Umatilla County
Relative Foster Care, Umatilla County

Services include:
Case Management Services: Advocacy, Protective Services, Crisis Intervention, Program Planning and Resource Development.
Family Support Services: This program is designed to assist families that have exceptional caregiving requirements.
