Our Services:

Mental Health Services
Mental health related conditions can affect nearly everyone at some point during their lives. These conditions can be, at times, disabling, causing depression, and the inability to cope with daily life. The goals of our mental health treatment are to improve a client’s quality of life and to achieve a greater level of independence.

We provide the following services to children, adults and families:
Assessment, treatment, therapy
Case management and life skills training.
Residential treatment and hospital planning.
Medication evaluation, monitoring and management.
24 hour crisis response through 911 or our local crisis line 575-0030

Along with these services we offer:
Batterer’s Intervention Group, Bereavement Group, Nicotine Cessation, and Support Groups.

Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment
Substance abuse treatment is provided with the understanding that no single treatment is effective for all individuals. It is also understood that remaining in treatment for an adequate period of time is critical and that recovery is a long-term process.

We provide the following;
Evaluation, assessment and outpatient treatment for substance abuse. Along with these services we offer;
Adult Education Group, Diversion Group, Adult Rehabilitation Group, and Alcohol and Drug Youth Group.
Referral to residential treatment programs.
Aftercare follow-up services for individuals coming out of treatment.
Services to individuals referred by the courts.
Prevention, education and outreach to the community.

Developmental Disabilities
Self directed support program offers the opportunity to determine, direct and oversee their care plan while utilizing natural support and self-esteem resources.

Case Management;
Eligibility determination, assessment, coordination of services, advocacy and crisis response for individuals in our community with developmental disabilities.

Lifespan Respite Care Network
Respite care offers a break to a caregiver from the ongoing demands of home care.

The program assists in recruiting care providers, training opportunities, and coordination for a family in need.

Prevention Projects

Financial support and monitoring of a variety of community efforts to reduce alcohol, tobacco and other drug issues.
Consultation and support for continued development of prevention efforts.
Advocacy for improved coordination, public policy and citizen involvement in support of prevention efforts.
